Welcome, my name is Beau Hewatt. I am currently a student at the University of Oregon, majoring in Public Relations with a minor in Business Administration and Sports Business. In the fall of 2022 I began my work as an account supervisor for AHPR and lead a proactive group of students working as a PR team for Prevedere Analytics Inc. From this I have become experienced in the health tech field and clientele communication. I am also competent in team management and organization.  My passion for public relations began when I realized that my communication and teamwork skills, teamed up with my creative marketing mindset make a perfect fit for the communications industry. I learned about small business operations from my family-owned construction business located in Northern California. My pursuit of a sports business education stems from a lifelong relationship with sports. In the future, I hope to work for a PR agency with a managing and marketing focus until he is able to start his own operation. For now, enjoy my writing on sports media and culture.
